Applying for a temporary residence permit under the simplified procedure (without a quota) is possible for the following categories of persons:

• stateless persons who permanently resided in Ukraine, recognized as refugees,

• or granted temporary asylum in the Russian Federation;

• stateless persons holding a temporary identity document for a stateless person in the Russian Federation
